More On Doris (well thats his name on guido fawkes blog) Johnson

Doris for London mayor? He tried to become Rector of Edinburgh University and lost in February 2006.

Maybe it was the "funky student" poster that lost it for Doris (yes, sad to say, the poster is real).

Will he talk about law and order, then look at this on YouTube.

Boris Johnson possible Tory candidate for London mayor

Will he resign as an MP first or wait till the votes have been counted?

A few comments on Guido Fawkes blog about Boris Johnson, I don't think Paul Staines likes him very much. His blog refers to him as "Doris Johnson" and the "pencil troll", very adult don't you think?

More Rumours on Paul Stains

I have heard that he worked for the Committee for a Free Britain, unconfirmed at the moment. So looks like he is a Tory all the way through. Looking the Committee up on Google led me to Acid House Parties Against the Lifestyle Police and the Safety Nazis, where Paul Stains wrote: "A lot of my Thatcherite/Libertarian friends get very suspicious when I tell them about the love and peace aspects

First PM Questions for Brown...

Lord Kinnock said: "The reality is in Gordon Brown there's a real capacity to float like a butterfly and sting like a bee."

I don't think The Tories will be giving Gordon Brown a standing ovation, as they did for Tony Blair, but Cameron may be watching his back just in case. Maybe there will be another defection from the Tories to Labour today.

The Tories Are Thinking What We Are Thinking...

MP Ann Winterton said spoke out against Cameron, stating that traditional Tories voters have been "baffled" by Cameron's policies.

She goes on to say: "People are willing to give him more time to establish what the policies will be at the time of the next general election but I am very concerned about the leadership of the party, and I don't just mean David Cameron."
